    Our fresh products line for gastronomy develops around a concept of soft pasteurization, which allows to reach 30 days of shelf-life, maintaining an artisanal aspect of the product.

    Shelf of modern distribution

    Our range of products for the shelf is based on the idea to offer the best of Italian tradition ensuring a shelf-life of 90 days, without using any preservative added. Packaging takes the form of elegant flow-packs of 250, 500 or 1,000 grams.

    Frozen pasta in IQF

    Our line of frozen products is made with the principle of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) that allows to freeze every single ‘piece of pasta’ to the benefit of the final use preserving its freshness and integrity
    Packaging is in plastic bags of 1,000 or 2,500 grams.

    Our sauces

    Our sauces production comes from the best of Ligurian traditions that wants pesto and walnut sauce as the queens of condiments.
    The use of Genoese basil D.O.P. and the mastery in mixing the ingredients offer a fresh product, unpasteurized, which recalls ancient flavors. Pesto and walnut sauce are sold in both retail and Ho.Re.Ca. packages.
